At Chem-X, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-performance fashion. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Chem-X account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
